Born in Germany in 1974, Florian spent most of his youth growing up along the sunnybeaches of Yucatan, Mexico.
Since that time he seems to be completely addicted to traveling the world, and his apparently moving lifestyle has taken him from hitchsailing through Carribbean islands to bartending in Bogota, from being shot at in civil war fights in the Ecuatorial Amazon to writing movie scripts in San Fransico.
His professional training included working at the renowned Pier 59 Studios in New York City and assisting international fashion photographers, among them Iris Brosch as well as Ellen von Unwerth.
