I became interested in the female body around my sophomore year of high school. Natascha Merritt was my first real inspiration, and still remains very high on my list. Rebecca graduated highschool in 2001 and graduated with her Associate Degree in Digital Graphics in 2003. She attempted to get her Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design and Photography at New Mexico State. It didn’t take me long to decide that I hated it. Most of the teachers I encountered were stuffy, ego-driven and unhelpful and the majority of art-projects assigned did little to further me as an artist in addition to a well-rounded individual. Basically, it was busy work and I wasn’t in the mood to waste my time.
